Select the Leather
We hand-select full-grain hides from trusted American tanneries — only the finest cuts make the cut. Each hide is inspected for grain, weight, and character.

Cut & Stitch
Panels are precision-cut by hand using traditional patterns, then stitched with waxed thread using the same saddle-stitch technique used by leather craftsmen for centuries.

Lace & Form
Genuine leather lacing is threaded through hand-punched holes, pulling the panels tight around the bladder. The ball is then shaped and inflated to regulation pressure.

Finish & Inspect
Each ball is hand-conditioned with natural leather oil, inspected for quality, and signed by the artisan who made it. Then it's yours — ready to play, ready to last.
